We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, customer engagement, revenue, profit, lead generation, or growth as a result of using our Services.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information, content, images, and data you provide to us for your Business Page.
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to share the content you provide.
• You shall not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Payments & Billing

• All applicable fees are listed on our pricing page and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Illaka is not responsible for any payment processing errors, failures, fraud, or unauthorized transactions by these third-party providers.
• Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals, not to the current active billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website designs, templates, code, branding, logos, and proprietary material on illaka.in are owned by Illaka and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you provide for your Business Page. By providing content, you grant Illaka a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Illaka proprietary material without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Illaka expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the Services.
• Any warranty that the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ILLAKA, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Any dispute between you and any third party.

10. Termination
